Research, study, and thoroughly grasp the 2025 theme: Study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style, promote the strength of great national unity, build a clean and strong Party organization and political system in the era of national growth.

On the morning of December 27, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a direct and online conference to study, research and disseminate the 2025 theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, promoting the strength of great national unity, building a clean and strong Party organization and political system in the era of national development" and a number of documents of the Central and the province.

Attending the conference at the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee headquarters were comrades: Nguyen Khac Than, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, National Assembly Delegation; leaders of departments, branches, sectors and organizations of the province. The conference was connected to 304 connecting points with over 34,000 delegates in the whole province attending.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized: The contents disseminated at the conference are all very important contents, so when studying and learning the 2025 topic and the resolutions of the Central Committee and the province, each cadre and party member needs to grasp the purposes and requirements; grasp the viewpoints and guiding thoughts; clearly, correctly and deeply understand the issues as well as the work to be done; on that basis, create high unity in will and action, and bring the policies and resolutions into life soon.

He suggested that after the conference, based on the plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the practical situation of each locality, agency, unit, Party committees and organizations should proactively develop plans to organize study, dissemination and propaganda of the 2025 theme and the Party's resolutions, directives and regulations to cadres, Party members and people of all walks of life with appropriate forms and specific roadmaps; develop action plans and programs that are close to and consistent with the reality of the agency, locality and unit. In particular, each cadre and Party member needs to clearly define their tasks, have practical and specific tasks, associated with their responsibilities, tasks and personal lives, close and easy to implement, contributing to promoting the strength of great national unity, building a clean and strong Party and political system, creating a premise for Thai Binh to make a breakthrough in the new era - the era of national development.

At the conference, Prof. Dr. Phung Huu Phu, former Permanent Vice Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, delivered the 2025 theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, promoting the strength of great national unity, building a clean and strong Party and political system in the era of national rise". The theme has 3 main contents: Overview of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on promoting the strength of great national unity, building the Party and political system; "New development era - the era of rise of the Vietnamese nation" and the requirements for promoting the strength of great national unity and the work of building and rectifying the Party in the era of national rise; Continuing to apply, develop and innovate Ho Chi Minh's ideology on promoting the strength of great national unity and building the Party and political system to develop Thai Binh quickly and sustainably, soon becoming a developed province in the region.

Professor Phung Huu Phu emphasized that in President Ho Chi Minh's thought on promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, he always affirmed that the great national unity is a matter of survival, one of the most important factors, ensuring the victory of the Vietnamese revolution. He raised the following arguments of a true nature: Unity is strength, unity is victory. This argument comes from the principles of Marxism-Leninism, from the national tradition, from the practice of the Vietnamese revolution and the world revolution. In addition, President Ho Chi Minh attached special importance to Party building and rectification, considering Party building as a key task. He always worried about and paid special attention to the work of Party building and rectification, promptly pointed out the internal dangers to a ruling communist party, clearly stated the principles of Party building, the laws of existence and development of the Party in order to build a strong and comprehensive Party.

Referring to the new era - the era of national growth, Prof. Dr. Phung Huu Phu affirmed that this is the great message of General Secretary To Lam with the expectation that the new era will be the era of development, the era of national prosperity under the leadership and governance of the Party, the destination of the era of growth is a rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness, civilization, developing under the socialist regime, standing shoulder to shoulder with the world powers. Applying Ho Chi Minh's thought on promoting the strength of great national unity and building a clean Party and political system, Party committees, Party organizations, agencies, units and localities in the whole province need to continue to pay attention to promoting the role of mastery and the right of mastery of the people according to the motto "People know, people discuss, people do, people inspect, people supervise, people benefit", at the same time focus on propagating to change the mindset, raise awareness of Thai Binh people to unite, unify, consider the new era as a precious opportunity, an opportunity to shorten the implementation time, making Thai Binh a locality with faster, stronger and more sustainable development in the region.

Also at the conference, Comrade Pham Dong Thuy, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, thoroughly grasped Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU, dated October 3, 2024 of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee on developing tourism into an important economic sector of the province. The Resolution clearly stated the province's viewpoints, goals, and visions on tourism development, in which, by 2030, Thai Binh province will welcome over 4.5 million visitors/year; create jobs for about 14,600 workers serving tourism; tourism revenue is estimated at 7,000 billion VND... By 2050, the province will welcome over 9 million visitors/year, including about 30,000 international visitors or more; the whole province will have 7-9 high-class hotels of 3 stars or more; There are 5-7 provincial-level tourist areas and 13-15 tourist spots in districts and cities; tourism revenue is estimated at over 18,000 billion VND... To achieve these goals, the Resolution has set out 9 tasks and solutions, focusing on strengthening leadership, direction and promoting propaganda work, renewing thinking, raising the responsibility of the entire political system, business community and people of all walks of life in tourism development; reviewing, perfecting and implementing well the planning and planning management work; building and promulgating appropriate mechanisms and policies in tourism development, increasing investment resources to develop infrastructure and technical facilities for tourism; developing diverse tourism spaces and products with typical brands of Thai Binh province; promoting promotion activities, attracting investment; building attractive tours and tourist routes, developing tourist markets...
