Implementing Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation, the Provincial Party Committee has established a Provincial Steering Committee consisting of 17 members, Comrade Ngo Chi Cuong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee as Head of the Steering Committee; Comrade Tran Quoc Tuan, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, Standing Deputy Head of the Steering Committee. The Provincial Steering Committee issued regulations on functions, tasks, powers, working regime, and working relations.

Comrade Lam Minh Dang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, contributed ideas to develop plans, organize digital learning movements, and mobilize the entire population for the model of "popular digital education".

Up to now, the Provincial Steering Committee has drafted documents such as: Working regulations; 2025 work program of the Provincial Steering Committee; assigning specific tasks to members; establishing the Provincial Steering Committee's Support Team; establishing the Provincial Advisory Council on science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation.

At the conference, members of the Steering Committee discussed and commented on draft documents on: Working regulations; 2025 work program of the Steering Committee. Delegates contributed on the assignment of tasks, the need to bring propaganda work of the Front and political organizations... to organize a workshop on the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.

Comrade Nguyen Quynh Thien, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, contributed the draft Plan to concretize the implementation of Plan No. 250-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Standing Committee.

Early establishment of the Advisory Council; additional experts and scientists to join the Working Group, Advisory Council... It is necessary to develop plans, organize digital learning movements, and mobilize the entire population to the model of "popular digital education". The Department of Science and Technology studies localities to establish digital public services to serve the people. Consolidate and have a support mechanism to promote 732 community digital technology groups. Invest in improving the efficiency of digitizing archived documents of Party agencies...

Concluding the conference, comrade Ngo Chi Cuong, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, directed: the sectors to strengthen the inspection of the implementation of Resolution No. 03/NQ-CP of the Government, the conclusions and directions of the Central Steering Committee, and Plan No. 250-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

In the coming time, the Steering Committee will focus on implementing and disseminating Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW; researching, proposing, and clearly defining the tasks of each member.
