Organizing a lottery to receive land plots in the resettlement area to develop land fund in Dong Khe town

The People's Committee of Thach An district has just organized a lottery for households to receive land plots in the resettlement area for the development of Dong Khe town land fund, phase 2/2025.

The People's Committee of Thach An district organized a draw for households to receive land plots in the resettlement area for land fund development of Dong Khe town, phase 2/2025.

Accordingly, 21 households and individuals whose residential land and houses were recovered and were eligible for resettlement were drawn. Of which, 1 household was affected by the Dong Khe town inner-city road project, 01 household was affected by the project to build new roads and purchase equipment for the Thach An district Medical Center and 18 households were affected by the Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) expressway investment project. Households were divided into 3 groups to draw lots to choose resettlement land plots. At the same time, the drawing was conducted using sealed lottery tickets in the ballot box; the drawing results were made public and recorded in the minutes. The organization of the resettlement drawing was carried out by the People's Committee of Thach An district publicly, to the right subjects, fairly and in compliance with the provisions of law.

Previously, the People's Committee of Thach An district organized a lottery to receive residential land plots in the resettlement area for the first phase of Dong Khe town land fund development for 36 households and individuals whose residential land and houses were recovered under the following projects: Dong Khe town inner-city road project (12 households), Project to build new roads and purchase equipment for Thach An district Medical Center (08 households) and Dong Dang (Lang Son) - Tra Linh (Cao Bang) expressway investment project (26 households).
