For example, when eating spicy foods or foods that are cold, Gotu kola is often used to regulate, because gotu kola has both cold and hot properties.

- Ingredients for making pennywort and pig ear salad
+ 200gr pennywort
+ 1 pig ear
+ Roasted peanuts
+ Lemon
+ Garlic, chili
+ Seasoning: fish sauce, MSG, sugar, seasoning powder.

Step 1: Wash pennywort and drain. Boil pig ears with a little salt until cooked, put in a bowl of cold water, add some ice to make the ears crispier and squeeze lemon to make the ears white. Then take them out and slice them thinly. Crush roasted peanuts, mince garlic, and chop chili.
Step 2: Put the pig's ear in the pot and bowl, add about 3 tablespoons of sugar and use gloves to squeeze the sugar to absorb. Wash the goat meat, slice it thinly and marinate it with fish sauce, MSG, and a little cooking oil until soft. Wash the pennywort and drain.

Wash pennywort, soak in diluted salt water then drain. Clean shrimp, boil then peel, remove head. Boil chicken, cut into thin strips; Peel carrots then shred thinly. Wash Vietnamese coriander, peel and chop garlic and chili.
After preparing all the ingredients, you make the mixed sauce including garlic, chili, lemon, MSG, fish sauce, seasoning powder... When you have the mixed sauce, you pour it into the prepared ingredients above, season to taste.
