Prepare another bowl, mix 100g of breadcrumbs with 100g of crispy flour. Dip the chicken thighs in the wet flour mixture, then dip them in the dry flour. Repeat the step of dipping the chicken a second time in the wet flour, then coat it with another layer of dry flour and you're done.

Fried chicken

Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 5-7 minutes with Pre-heat mode and press start. Place the chicken in the oven and fry at 180 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes to complete the fried chicken dish.
