The third working day and closing session of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee

The Central Committee recorded the nomination ballot for personnel planning for the Politburo and Secretariat of the 14th tenure, 2026 - 2031 term, and supplemented the planning for the Central Executive Committee of the 14th tenure, 2026 - 2031 term.

Afterwards, the Politburo and the Secretariat met to give opinions on receiving and explaining the Central Committee's discussion opinions at the Conference.

Afternoon: The Party Central Committee discussed and gave opinions on the policy for the Project to establish Hue city directly under the Central Government and held the closing session.

Comrade Tran Thanh Man, Politburo member and Chairman of the National Assembly, chaired the meeting on behalf of the Politburo. Politburo members, on behalf of the Politburo, presented the Politburo's reports on acceptance and explanation.

Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang, Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council, presented a Report on receiving and explaining the draft Political Report to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; a Report summarizing a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process in Vietnam over the past 40 years.

Comrade Nguyen Hoa Binh, Politburo member, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister of the Government presented a report on receiving and explaining the group of socio-economic, financial and budgetary issues; and the policy of building a high-speed railway line along the North-South axis.

Comrade Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission, presented a Report on receiving and explaining a group of issues related to Party building work, implementing the Party Charter and amending and supplementing the Party Election Regulations; summarizing the personnel work of the 13th tenure and the direction of personnel work of the 14th Party Central Executive Committee.

Comrade Luong Cuong, Politburo member and Standing member of the Secretariat, presented the draft Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.
