Reporting at the Conference, Comrade Lai Xuan Mon, Member of the Party Central Committee and Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department, said: The Politburo and the Party Central Committee Secretariat organized a national conference to disseminate and implement the Resolution of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee to raise awareness and responsibility of Party committees at all levels, Party organizations, departments, ministries, branches and localities, cadres and Party members in leading and effectively implementing the Resolution of the 10th Conference; focusing on the highest level of work to successfully implement the Resolution of the 13th National Congress and best prepare for the work of Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 13th National Congress of the Party. The conference was also connected to 14,934 points nationwide with more than 1.25 million delegates attending.

At the Conference, delegates were informed about the topic: "Key, core contents, new points in the Draft Political Report at the 14th National Party Congress and the Draft Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the work of innovation in the direction of socialism over the past 40 years in Vietnam" presented by Comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang - Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council; the topic: "Key, core contents, new points in the Draft Report on the assessment of 5 years of implementing the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030; directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5 years 2026-2030 and on the socio-economic situation, state budget in 2024, plan for 2025; 3-year financial and state budget plan 2025-2027; on the policy of investing in high-speed railway on the North-South axis; on the policy of establishing Hue city under the Central Government" presented by Comrade Pham Minh Chinh - Politburo member, Prime Minister; the topic: "Key, core contents, new points in the Draft report summarizing the work of Party building and implementing the Party Charter during the 13th Congress term; some basic contents on amending the Election Regulations within the Party; on summarizing the personnel work of the 13th Congress and building the direction for personnel work of the 14th Congress of the Party" presented by Comrade Le Minh Hung - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission.

Previously, the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee convened from September 18-20, 2024 in Hanoi. The Conference discussed and gave opinions on many important contents, including: Draft Political Report to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; Draft Summary Report on a number of theoretical and practical issues on the socialist-oriented renovation process over the past 40 years in Vietnam; Draft Summary Report on Party building and implementation of the Party Charter to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress; Draft Report on 5 years of implementing the 10-year Socio-Economic Development Strategy 2021-2030; Directions and tasks for socio-economic development in the 5 years 2026-2030; Report on the Summary of the Implementation of the Party Election Regulations issued together with Decision No. 244-QD/TW, dated June 9, 2014 of the 11th Party Central Committee and the draft amendments and supplements to the Party Election Regulations.

In addition, the Central Executive Committee also discussed and commented on the following reports: Report on the implementation of the 2024 socio-economic development plan, the projected 2025 socio-economic development plan; Report on the assessment of the implementation of the state budget in 2024, the state budget estimate in 2025; The national 3-year state budget-finance plan 2025-2027; investment policy for the entire North-South high-speed railway project; policy on establishing Hue city directly under the Central Government; election of additional members of the 13th Central Inspection Commission and a number of other important contents.
