On the morning of September 26, the Standing Committee of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee held a conference to quickly announce the results of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, and at the same time disseminate and implement Directive No. 35-CT/TW dated June 14, 2024 of the Politburo, along with the plan to organize party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The conference took place in a combination of live and online formats, with the participation of 14,468 delegates at 257 locations.
Comrade Pham Gia Tuc, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee chaired the conference.
Attending the conference were comrade Le Quoc Chinh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; former provincial leaders of different periods; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee; leaders of provincial departments, branches, sectors, mass organizations and equivalent, principals of universities and colleges located in the province...
At the conference, comrade Pham Gia Tuc quickly reported on the results of the 10th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee. The conference took place from September 18 to 20, 2024 in Hanoi, discussing many important contents, including the draft Political Report, summarizing the theory and practice of socialist innovation, evaluating the socio-economic development strategy for the 2021-2030 period, and development orientations for 2026-2030.
Comrade Le Quoc Chinh then thoroughly grasped the content of Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo and Plan No. 157-KH/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on organizing Party Congresses at all levels. The content of the directive clearly stated 7 basic requirements, especially emphasizing the innovation of personnel work, improving the quality of document preparation, and promoting the spirit of solidarity.
Comrade Nguyen Van Va, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, also thoroughly grasped the Central Organizing Committee's Instruction No. 27-HD/BTCTW on organizing Party Congresses at all levels. The instruction focuses on personnel preparation, election procedures and necessary implementation steps.
In his speech, Comrade Pham Gia Tuc emphasized the importance of Party Congresses at all levels, requiring Party committees and organizations at all levels to closely follow the direction of the Central and the province. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to the work of drafting documents, ensuring their relevance to the situation of each locality, and preparing personnel suitable to development requirements. Propaganda work, ensuring security and order before, during and after the Congress must be given importance.
In the coming time, all levels and sectors will launch a widespread emulation movement to achieve the highest results to welcome the Congress. The entire political system needs to share responsibility; promote the role of Party committees and heads of Party committees in leading and directing the preparation and successful organization of the Party Congress from the grassroots level to the district level, contributing to the successful organization of the 21st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
