In 2023, the Party building organization sector of Ha Tinh continued to innovate working methods, procedures, and styles, implement key tasks, and complete a large volume of work with increasingly improved quality. The sector actively developed plans and action programs to organize and implement resolutions, regulations, conclusions, and instructions of the Central Committee; new directives on organizational structure, payroll, personnel work, party organization, and party members.
Piloting the activities of Party cells; focusing on proposing solutions for admitting Party members, especially admitting high school students into the Party. In 2023, the whole province established 15 new Party organizations in various types of enterprises; admitted 2,234 outstanding people into the Party (655 students, 8 religious people, 9 ethnic minorities).
Head of the Party Organization Committee of the Provincial Government Agencies and Enterprises Block Nguyen Thi Huong contributed some opinions on key tasks in 2024.
Strengthening the rotation of cadres to prepare personnel for the next term congress; focusing on training and updating knowledge for key cadres and planned cadres at all levels.
