Improve the effectiveness of Party inspection and supervision work

Muong Ang District Party Committee's inspection delegation inspected the implementation of the resolution at Nam Lich Commune Party Committee.

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee always focuses on inspecting and supervising the heads of Party committees, Party organizations, State organizations, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations in the performance of assigned duties, tasks, and powers, and in maintaining moral qualities and lifestyles, and not allowing family members to take advantage of their positions and powers for personal gain. Strengthen inspection and supervision of areas prone to violations. Focus on inspecting and supervising the implementation of the Party's policies, guidelines, resolutions, directives, and regulations on the following contents: Implementation of the principles of democratic centralism, collective leadership, and individual responsibility; implementation of working regulations and working regimes; implementation of democracy within the Party, maintenance of internal solidarity; education, training, and improvement of revolutionary moral qualities of cadres and Party members; practice of thrift, prevention and combat of corruption, "group interests", and waste in the stages of management and use of state budget funds; equipment procurement; management and use of land, resources, and public assets; recruitment, planning, rotation, training, fostering, promotion, assignment, use, reward, and implementation of personnel policies.

Through the Party's inspection, supervision and discipline work, it has contributed to promptly overcoming limitations and weaknesses; gradually restraining, preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution", "self-transformation"; corruption, "group interests", "term thinking", and power degeneration among a number of cadres and party members. During the 2015 - 2020 term, the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee disciplined 8 party members by expulsion; suspended 5 party members from party activities; during the 2020 - 2025 term, the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee disciplined 5 party members by expulsion; suspended 1 party member from party activities.

Innovation in the Party's inspection and supervision activities with the spirit of determination, drasticness, "proactiveness, combat, education, efficiency" has contributed to closely grasping the situation at the grassroots level, promptly preventing, warning, minimizing violations by Party organizations and Party members, creating positive changes in the political system. Contributing to gradually preventing and repelling negativity and degradation in the Party, tightening discipline, order, working style and manners. Inspection and supervision work has actively contributed to the results of implementing the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels, successfully carrying out political tasks and Party building work of the locality. Through inspection and supervision work, loopholes and shortcomings in leadership and management, inadequacies in mechanisms, policies and laws have been promptly discovered to propose and recommend competent authorities to supplement and amend accordingly. The coordination between the Party's inspection and supervision work and the work of inspection, auditing, investigation, prosecution, etc. is increasingly close and effective.

To do well the inspection work in the new situation, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party, ensure solidarity and unity within the Party, and prevent possible violations, Muong Ang District Party Committee determined to continue to strengthen political and ideological education for cadres and party members; organize the study of the Party's resolutions and directives to all cadres, party members and the masses. At the same time, resolutely fight against negative manifestations; proactively prevent and promptly stop violations or re-offenses. Conduct inspection and supervision in sensitive areas, prone to violations such as: cadre work; public property management; transparent declaration of assets and income.
