Representative from Vietnam - three-color sweet soup has entered the top 100 best desserts in Asia announced by the famous culinary site Taste Atlas.

Ranked at number 82 with 4.1/5 stars, three-color chè is described by Taste Atlas as "a colorful Vietnamese dessert".
"Three-color sweet soup is a harmonious combination of many types of desserts. This dish can be both drunk and eaten," the website said.
Depending on the region and the maker, the ingredients of the dessert may vary slightly. However, it basically has sticky rice, tapioca pearls, lotus seeds, bean dessert, jelly, coconut milk... The name "three colors" comes from the dessert's layers of red, yellow, and green.
According to Taste Atlas , three-color tea can be eaten hot or with ice to quench thirst on hot days.
Three-color sweet soup is a familiar dish, associated with the childhood of many Vietnamese people. The traditional sweet soup has eye-catching colors and the rich flavor of coconut milk, often sold in neighborhoods or traditional markets at affordable prices.
