Throughout the film "Mien Nho" which was broadcast and enjoyed by the public on VTV1, Le Vinh Toan impressed the audience with his natural acting and emotional, sweet singing voice, making the audience sob with each story in the film. What is special is that the film "Mien Nho" recreates the dream and part of the real life memories, childhood and desire to become a singer of Le Vinh Toan.
After the film was broadcast, Le Vinh Toan shared that he had devoted a lot of effort to participating in "Mien Nho", because he wanted to take this opportunity to show his gratitude to his hometown Nghe An - the land of folk songs, where his father and mother, and the artists who nurtured Le Vinh Toan's love for music. Along with that, Le Vinh Toan wanted to show his gratitude to those who had influenced his life and musical career, especially Meritorious Artist Tan Nhan and fellow countryman singer Huyen Trang, and to show his gratitude for the painful and difficult experiences he had gone through. He is grateful for all of these things that have created the Le Vinh Toan he is today, from a poor child in the countryside, to a formally trained singer, loved and welcomed by the audience.
Le Vinh Toan was born and raised in the poor countryside of Nghe An in a family of 5 siblings. After finishing 9th grade, seeing his two older siblings going to university, making their parents work hard, Toan decided to stop studying and work for money to take care of himself. Toan went to Sa Pa to find a job and was given the opportunity by an acquaintance to work as a security guard at a hotel to earn a living for 2 years. However, the burning love of singing in his chest grew stronger every day, making the young man unable to accept life as it was, Le Vinh Toan decided to return to his hometown, go to school to improve his knowledge and find a way to realize his dream.
Also with the love of music, the desire to become a singer grew stronger, Le Vinh Toan went through a life of ups and downs, hardship, wandering everywhere, difficulties piled up... not unlike a movie. Toan remembers the time wandering around the bus station with 150k in his pocket, sleeping on stone benches, eating instant noodles... waiting for the opportunity to sing. Finally, Toan was introduced to the Phuong Tuong theater troupe by a connection, performing in remote Western regions. Le Vinh Toan worked as a speaker, stage set, backstage and occasionally sang while waiting for the star to perform. "There was a day when I was about to sing, the MC said no more because the star had arrived, I was extremely sad" - Le Vinh Toan, recalled.
After that, thanks to the help of a cousin, Le Vinh Toan was able to stay in a small warehouse in Ho Chi Minh City, work as a security guard during the day, sing at small tea rooms at night, and sing with lottery troupes... everywhere with a small amount of money. Many places refused to accept him because Toan was skinny, dark and... ugly at that time. But all of that did not dampen Toan's desire to sing, as long as he was on stage singing, Toan would forget all the scenes of sleeping in a warehouse at night surrounded by rats, cockroaches, and ants, many scars from rat bites still remain until now; forget all the days when he only had enough money to eat instant noodles all year round and had to wake up very late in the morning just to save money and not have to eat breakfast. Singing was like Toan's only source of life, making Toan overcome everything.
Not having the opportunity to go to school, Le Vinh Toan self-studied his profession via the internet. He gradually sang on bigger stages, programs, and events, and his life became better.
Le Vinh Toan loves music passionately and wishes to use his songs to express his gratitude to his homeland, parents, and loved ones in his life. He chose the music of his homeland, about the love for his parents as a mission to preserve pure and sacred love, reminding his children, especially the younger generation, that no matter how turbulent the flow of life is, no matter how painful, how much he has to pay, turning inward, returning to his homeland, parents, and village will always be affectionate, embracing, and nurturing each person's soul.

"My mission is homeland music, depicting childhood memories, the feelings of children living far away from home for their homeland, especially their parents. Therefore, when choosing and editing the works with Music Director, musician Pham Ton Tan, we looked for songs about the homeland, depicting the feelings of children for their parents to express. That music is also the flow in me since the years away from home" - Le Vinh Toan expressed.
In the near future, Le Vinh Toan has many plans for his artistic journey ahead. Currently, Le Vinh Toan is cherishing the idea of making more new music products with songs with contemporary folk melodies. He longs to have his own live show to sing and show gratitude to his homeland and parents. At the same time, he wants to help poor students who love music and have dreams but do not have the conditions to pursue them. "Whether all these plans and projects can come true or not depends on the love and support of teachers, artists, friends, colleagues and audiences. I want to be grateful to everyone and vow to dedicate my love for music" - Le Vinh Toan said./.
