In her spare time, Ms. Hoa cooks delicious, nutritious meals for her family of four. She considers cooking her relaxing time.
Ms. Pham Thi Hoa (38 years old) currently lives and works in Ha Dong (Hanoi). She is a housewife and loves cooking. She considers cooking as a relaxing time after each working day.
Since she was a child, because her parents were busy with work, she was trained to cook. That love grew, until she got married, had children, and took on the role of the main housewife in the house, Ms. Hoa loved the kitchen even more.
Ms. Hoa said that besides breakfast, dinner is the most complete meal for all family members, so she devotes her heart and soul to cooking meticulously and carefully. The dishes are often requested or cooked according to the preferences of family members.
The meals she prepares are for a family of four, including her husband, wife, and two children aged 12 and 4. She said that depending on the number of family members, the cook can increase the amount of food in each meal.
"Before going to school, my older friend often tells her mother what she wants to eat so that she can cook it for her at night. If my husband and younger friend don't tell me, I will cook according to the family's preferences," she said.
What is special is that most of the ingredients for the family meals are sent by her mother-in-law from the countryside. All are clean ingredients that her mother-in-law raises, grows, or buys from acquaintances, which makes her feel very secure.
For her, every meal is not only delicious but also safe for food. Ms. Hoa's meals are suggested menus for many families, so they don't have to rack their brains to think of daily meals.
