On March 18, in Hanoi, Mavin Group organized the training program "Skills to motivate employees" for management staff with the goal of improving the ability to motivate, inspire and promote positive working spirit in the organization.
The course is organized in a combination of online and offline to facilitate students to fully participate while still achieving the highest training efficiency.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Deputy General Director of Mavin Group Nguyen Anh Tuan emphasized: The skill of creating motivation for work is very important, not only helping yourself but also helping colleagues and teams to maximize their capacity at work. At the same time, he encouraged students to actively acquire knowledge to apply in practice, contributing to building a more effective working environment at Mavin.
When asked about what they expected to gain from the course, the students shared their enthusiastic expectations such as: "Want to learn new thinking and new ways to bring more value to the group" (Phan Si Toan - MHO IT Department) or "expect to have more motivation for themselves and the whole staff" (Dao Duc Canh - MA2, Duong Vinh Tho - Mavin Anh Son).
The course not only provides knowledge but also provides an opportunity for Mavin managers to share and exchange practical experiences in motivating the team to work more effectively and professionally. In particular, group activities and discussions on real-life situations help students gain a multi-dimensional perspective and can immediately apply it to daily human resource management work at Mavin.
Organizing this course continues to affirm Mavin Group's commitment to investing in people, building a positive working environment where each employee is motivated to develop and contribute. This is also part of the effort to develop a sustainable corporate culture, helping Mavin become stronger and stronger, towards the goal of becoming the leading Agricultural and Food Group in Vietnam.
