(LĐ online) - Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Tran Hong Thai has just signed a Decision to establish 3 Working Groups to inspect and urge localities on socio-economic development; budget collection; disbursement of public investment capital; investment attraction; arrangement and streamlining of organizational apparatus and removal of difficulties and obstacles in the area.

Accordingly, Working Group No. 1, headed by Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Hong Thai, will inspect and work with the following localities: Da Lat, Duc Trong, Di Linh, and Da Huoai. Working Group No. 2, headed by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Vo Ngoc Hiep, will be responsible for inspecting and working with the following localities: Bao Loc, Lam Ha, and Bao Lam. Working Group No. 3, headed by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Tuan, will inspect and work with the following localities: Don Duong, Lac Duong, and Dam Rong.
In addition, the members of the Provincial People's Committee's Working Groups include leaders of the following departments: Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment, Home Affairs, the Provincial People's Committee Office and a number of related departments and branches. The specific members of each Working Group are decided by the Head of the Group.
The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Provincial People's Committee Office to preside over the organization of working groups of the Working Groups; assign specialists to assist the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee to participate in the working group, prepare the content and draft the conclusion notice within 2 working days from the end of the working day. Localities are responsible for closely coordinating with the Provincial People's Committee Office to prepare the content of the report and related documents, ensuring timeliness and effectiveness.
The tasks and powers of the Working Groups are to develop plans, organize working groups with localities; report results to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. At the same time, organize the review and synthesis of difficulties and obstacles; directly direct the handling of difficulties and obstacles in the assigned localities according to their authority; report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on issues beyond their authority.
