According to the Draft Inspection Results Report of Inspection Team No. 1911, it shows that: The implementation of Directive No. 35, Conclusion No. 118 and Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo; Resolution No. 18, Conclusion No. 121 and Conclusion No. 123 of the Central Executive Committee has been thoroughly grasped by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Party committees and organizations in Dien Bien province, and organized to study in diverse forms, suitable to the actual situation in each locality and unit.

Speaking at the Conference, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Quoc Cuong agreed with the contents of the Draft Report on inspection and assessment results of the Inspection Team; at the same time, clarified a number of shortcomings and limitations related to the economic growth scenario and the implementation of Resolution No. 57... Dien Bien Province seriously accepted the inspection results to organize experience and develop a plan to direct the implementation, striving to achieve the set goals.

The Provincial Party Secretary proposed that the Politburo and the Secretariat pay attention to prioritizing resources for Dien Bien province to develop key transport infrastructure, especially the Son La - Dien Bien - Tay Trang International Border Gate Expressway Project Phase 1; upgrading the A Pa Chai - Long Phu opening into a bilateral border gate, in order to promote border gate economy.
