Delegates perform the groundbreaking ceremony of the Project

Attending the ceremony were comrades: Hoang Duy Chinh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Tran Thi Loc, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Dinh Quang Tuyen, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; leaders of a number of departments, branches, sectors and localities.

Thang Long Bac Kan Industrial Plywood Factory Project is invested by Thang Long Bac Kan Production and Trading Joint Stock Company. The project has a total area of ​​5.15 hectares, with a total investment of 360 billion VND. The designed capacity of the factory is 100,000 m³ of products/year, of which phase I reaches 65,000 m³ and phase II reaches 35,000 m³. The main products include sofa plywood, film-coated plywood, high-grade interior birch plywood and other types of industrial plywood. The project also enjoys preferential investment policies on corporate income tax and exemption and reduction of land rent according to the law, creating favorable conditions for the operation and development process.

The Thang Long Bac Kan Industrial Plywood Factory Project is expected to become one of the driving forces to promote the province's wood processing industry, making the most of available forest resources, while creating more jobs for local workers. With modern technology and large-scale investment, the factory targets the export market, contributing to enhancing Bac Kan's economic position on the national industrial map./.
