Many effective Youth Startup models

With creativity, perseverance, daring to think, daring to do, daring to break through, in recent years, many youth start-up models have appeared in the province, bringing high economic efficiency, helping young people to become rich right in their hometown.

With the goal of creating convenient products to serve the lives of people, especially people in rural and mountainous areas, San Diu ethnic youth Truong Van Chin, Director of A99 Vietnam Trading and Construction Company Limited, Ngoc Thanh commune, Phuc Yen city has researched and successfully produced a line of smart firewood stove products. With special technology and techniques, although still using raw materials from firewood and natural wood, the materials are completely burned, minimizing smoke and toxic gases such as CO2, CO or fine dust PM2.5, contributing to cost reduction and environmental protection.

After two years of testing, in 2024, Mr. Chin's business began mass production of the Thien Nhan smart wood stove line and was well received by customers across the country. With a production scale of 1,000 stoves/month, his business is currently creating jobs and stable income for nearly 30 local workers. According to Mr. Chin, thanks to support policies and the attention of functional sectors, it has been creating motivation for businesses to continue to boldly invest and expand their production models.

Grasping the development trend of society, when people's income and travel needs increase, motorbikes will gradually be replaced by cars to ensure safety, in early 2020, Mr. Nguyen Minh Hung, Thai Hoa commune, Lap Thach district opened a professional car care model in his hometown. With perseverance and eagerness to learn, Mr. Hung's car care center has received the trust of many customers in and outside the locality.

Not only the above two startup models, in recent times, the Project "Promoting the spirit and supporting Vinh Phuc youth to start a business, start innovative startups in the period of 2023-2027" has contributed to creating many typical youth startup models in the province. Thereby, a generation of young people who dare to think, dare to do, live with ideals, ambitions, aspirations to establish themselves, start a business, strive to develop the economy, build an increasingly rich and prosperous homeland has been formed.
