Sharing on Telegram channel on September 15, Mr. Prokudin said that the above decision was made at the Kherson Region Defense Council. Accordingly, families with children are being evacuated from 31 residential areas “frequently under shelling.”
Last August, the Ukrainian authorities announced the evacuation of residents in Kupyansk district, Kharkiv province, as well as in 68 villages and towns in Kharkiv province.
Currently, the conflict is still fiercely taking place in the directions of Kherson, Zaparozyhe, Kharkov in Southeastern Ukraine.
On the same day, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (VSU) confirmed that Kiev had taken control of the village of Andriivka in the Donetsk region. In addition, the Ukrainian army had caused Russian forces to lose manpower and equipment, while strengthening their forces in some areas.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry announced that on September 14, Russian units in Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia repelled 11 attacks by the VSU. In the Donetsk direction, Moscow foiled eight attacks by Kiev in the Kleshcheevka, Andreevka, Berdychi and Pervomaisky areas of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).
On the same day, September 15, according to some sources, Russia's Su-34 bomber is now capable of carrying long-range cruise missiles. This is the first time Russia has tested a missile innovation for this type of aircraft in a special military campaign. Previously, long-range missiles had never been mounted on the Su-34.
“These missiles are not new, like the aircraft, but they have never been used in a system before and the new solution increases the diversity in the use of both missiles and aircraft,” the source said.
According to the same source, a missile from a Su-34 aircraft hit a military facility of the VSU. To test the new components of the complex (aircraft and missiles), the most modern version, the Su-34NVO, was put into use.
In addition, the Su-34 aircraft carrying long-range cruise missiles can also be deployed in strategic missions, for example in a conflict with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO).
