DNO - On December 13, at Da Nang High-Tech Park, KP Aero Industries Group (Korea) held the inauguration ceremony of KP Vina Aviation Components Factory. Attending the ceremony were Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Da Nang City Le Van Trung; Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong and representatives of the city's departments and branches.

The KP Vina Aviation Components Factory project started construction at the end of January 2024 at Lot A15, Da Nang High-Tech Park, Hoa Lien Commune, Hoa Vang District.
The project has a total investment of 20 million USD with the goal of manufacturing, processing and assembling aircraft parts, including auxiliary power unit doors (APU Door), MIC tip, wing box, winglet, flap support fairing of Boeing 787 and Boeing 737 Max aircraft.
This is also the second project in the aerospace sector invested in Da Nang High-Tech Park after the project of UAC Vietnam Co., Ltd.
Speaking at the inauguration ceremony, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong congratulated the investor; at the same time, he believed that with the thorough investment, modern technology and continuous efforts of KP Aerospace Vietnam Co., Ltd., KP Vina Factory will quickly come into effective operation, contributing positively to the overall economic development of the high-tech industry in the aviation sector.

According to Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong, the KP Vina Aviation Components Factory project is one of the key projects in the high-tech industry development strategy of Da Nang City. The presence of this factory is a testament to the strong development of Da Nang as a high-tech center, a favorable environment for businesses to invest in advanced technology and component manufacturing, especially in the aviation industry.
“The city government is always committed to supporting and creating the most favorable conditions for investors. At the same time, we hope that KP Aerospace will continuously develop and expand its scale, contributing to the sustainable development of the aviation industry and positively contributing to the local socio-economic development in the coming time,” Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Tran Chi Cuong emphasized.
