Immediately after the opening ceremony, the Fitness competition for women 1m55, 1m60 tall was held.
In the 1m55 female Fitness competition, the Gold Medal went to athlete Nguyen Pham Ha Thanh (An Giang province); in the 1m60 female Fitness competition, the Gold Medal went to athlete Dang Thi Lan Phuong (Ca Mau province).
In the men's bodybuilding competition in the 55 kg weight class, the Gold Medal went to athlete Le Huu Phuoc; in the 60 kg weight class, the Gold Medal went to athlete Pham Truong Tho, both from Ca Mau province.
