The 26th session of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission was held on July 17. Comrade Vu Hong Hien, member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission chaired the session.
Reviewing the inspection results when there were signs of violations against the Party Committee of the Provincial Women's Union, term 2016 - 2021, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that: The Party Committee of the Provincial Women's Union, term 2016 - 2021, violated working regulations, loosened leadership and direction, lacked leadership and inspection, leading to many violations and shortcomings in the management and operation of the Revolving Fund for household water supply and sanitation.
The violations and shortcomings of the Party Delegation of the Provincial Women's Union for the 2016-2021 term are serious, negatively affecting the reputation of the Party organization and the union organization, posing a risk of causing loss of capital assigned to the union organization, to the point that disciplinary action must be considered.
Regarding the above content, there are also violations and shortcomings of the Party Delegation of the Provincial Women's Union for the terms 2011 - 2016, 2021 - 2026 and the Party Cell of the Provincial Women's Union for the terms 2010 - 2015, 2015 - 2020, 2020 - 2025 and a number of related Party members.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission assigns the Inspection Team to guide the implementation of the review process and disciplinary action against the Party Delegation of the Provincial Women's Union for the 2016-2021 term and related Party organizations and Party members when there are signs of violations, and report the results to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and competent authorities for consideration and disciplinary action according to regulations.
At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee reviewed the inspection results when there were signs of violations against the Party Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Political School.
Through inspection, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission found that the Party Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Political School for the 2020-2025 term had a number of violations and shortcomings: Not fully implementing working regulations; lacking inspection and supervision, not promptly detecting a number of violations and shortcomings in the process of receiving, managing and using sponsorships for the 60th Anniversary of the Provincial Political School. The violations and shortcomings of the Party Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Political School for the 2020-2025 term affected the leadership role of the Party Committee and the reputation of the school, causing negative public opinion among cadres and party members.
Based on the content, nature, level, causes and results of overcoming shortcomings and violations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requests the Provincial Political School Party Committee and related organizations and individuals to seriously review their responsibilities and report the results to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee according to regulations.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission also reviewed the results of the inspection of the leadership, implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary actions within the Party for the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Inspection Commission of the Binh Giang District Party Committee.
According to the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, along with many achievements, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Inspection Commission of the Binh Giang District Party Committee and some subordinate grassroots Party committees still have some limitations and shortcomings in leadership, direction, organization of the implementation of inspection, supervision and disciplinary tasks within the Party. The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission requests the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee and the Inspection Commission of the Binh Giang District Party Committee to develop a plan to overcome limitations and shortcomings; pay attention to directing and guiding grassroots Party committees and Inspection Commissions to effectively carry out inspection and supervision work in the coming time.
Regarding the proposal of the Standing Committee of the Binh Giang District Party Committee on disciplinary action against violating Party members, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that: Comrade Vu Dang Chuong, member of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, Head of the Propaganda Department of the Binh Giang District Party Committee, during his tenure as Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Head of the Inspection Committee of the Hong Khe Commune Party Committee (from May 2014 to June 2015), Secretary of the Hong Khe Commune Party Committee (from July 2015 to June 2016), was partly responsible for a number of violations and shortcomings of the Hong Khe Commune Party Committee during the 2010-2015 and 2015-2020 terms regarding lax leadership, lack of inspection and supervision; failure to promptly detect and prevent violations of Party regulations and State laws in land management in the locality.
Based on the content, nature, level, cause of the violation and the proposed disciplinary action of the lower-level Party organizations, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee unanimously agreed not to discipline comrade Vu Dang Chuong because the statute of limitations for the reprimand has expired.
At the meeting, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee also reviewed the results of asset and income verification for 3 officials working at the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee (including 2 officials under the management of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee).
Through verification, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee found that: The comrades whose assets and incomes were verified basically declared their assets and incomes in accordance with regulations. However, the declaration of assets and incomes of the verified comrades still had some limitations, shortcomings, and defects.
Based on the level of limitations, shortcomings, and defects of each comrade, the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee requested 2 comrades to learn from experience, and 1 comrade to review and learn from the limitations, shortcomings, and defects that have been pointed out.
