(NLDO) - PC03 Thanh Hoa Provincial Police has just issued a document requesting information about the Dong Tho residential area project to verify signs of violations and losses.
The Investigation Police Agency (PC03) of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police has just sent a document to the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa City, Thanh Hoa Province requesting information and documents on the Dong Tho Urban Residential Area project (Dong Tho Ward, Thanh Hoa City).
Dong Tho residential area project, Thanh Hoa city is being verified by the police for signs of violations, causing waste and loss.
The reason PC03 requested to provide documents was to verify the case showing signs of violating regulations on management and use of state assets, causing loss and waste.
In the document, PC03 requested to provide documents related to the case including: Documents on land acquisition, site clearance inventory, estimates and approval of site clearance budget estimates, site clearance payment records, site clearance settlement records of the project. The documents are submissions, proposals, appraisal results of compensation and support plans and implementation of assigned tasks of the finance and planning department under the Thanh Hoa City People's Committee; other documents related to site clearance of the Dong Tho residential area project...
Previously, at this project, on December 13, 2024, Mr. Nguyen Van Thi, Permanent Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, signed and issued Decision No. 4925 to abolish Decision No. 4363 (dated December 27, 2011) of the Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on approving land prices with land use fees for the urban residential area project - commercial services of Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company 125 - CIENCO1 in Dong Tho ward, Thanh Hoa city.
The reason for the cancellation is that the land allocation price with land use fee collection of the urban residential area project in Dong Tho ward, Thanh Hoa city was determined when there was no decision on land allocation or land use purpose conversion, not in accordance with the provisions of Clause 1, Article 2 of Decree No. 120/2010/ND-CP dated December 30, 2010 of the Government on amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 198/2004/ND-CP dated December 3, 2004 of the Government on land use fee collection.
