On the afternoon of January 4, the Steering Committee of the movement "All people unite to build cultural life and family work" in Hung Ha district summarized the movement in 2023 and deployed tasks in 2024.

Villages and residential groups with 5 consecutive years of achieving the title of cultural village or cultural residential group will receive awards from the People's Committee of Hung Ha district.

In 2023, the movement of the whole people uniting to build a cultural life and family work in Hung Ha district continued to be maintained and achieved some encouraging results. Of which, 93.1% of families are cultural; 76.8% of clans are cultural; 82.4% of villages and residential groups are cultural. Hung Ha has 35/35 communes and towns with cultural houses and sports grounds; 211/251 villages have cultural houses, 39/251 villages use communal houses as places for cultural activities; 247/251 villages have sports grounds. Localities have done a good job of mobilizing resources, paying attention to investing in new construction and repairing, upgrading cultural and sports facilities and institutions to meet the new rural criteria, serving the cultural enjoyment needs of local people. Currently, in the district, there are 33 rowing clubs that operate regularly and continuously, encouraging the spirit and attracting people from all walks of life to actively participate.

In 2024, Hung Ha district will promote the implementation of the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life and family work", focusing on building families, clans, villages, cultural residential groups, and towns that meet civilized urban standards; strive to have over 93% of cultural families, over 60% of cultural clans, 90% or more of villages and residential groups achieving cultural titles; over 40% of people regularly participate in physical exercise and sports and over 35% of sports families.

At the conference, the People's Committee of Hung Ha district awarded 27 villages and residential groups with 5 consecutive years of achieving the title of cultural village and cultural residential group in the period of 2019 - 2023 and 180 villages and residential groups achieving the title of cultural village and cultural residential group in 2023.
