Quang Nam implements regulations to protect people fighting against corruption and waste

The Provincial Party Standing Committee requests that Party committees and organizations provide focused, unified, close and comprehensive leadership and direction in the implementation of Regulation 231.

At the same time, promote the supervisory and critical role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, press agencies and people in protecting those fighting against corruption, waste and negativity.

All levels must strictly comply with the principles, contents, protection measures, authority, order, procedures, and protection period as prescribed by law.

Party committees, party organizations and leaders must promote the vanguard, exemplary, impartial, responsible and proactive role in protecting those fighting against corruption, waste and negativity; promptly reward, honor or propose competent authorities to reward and honor organizations and individuals with achievements in the fight against corruption, waste and negativity.

In addition, resolutely and strictly handle organizations and individuals who take advantage of the fight against corruption, waste, and negativity to distort the truth, slander, fabricate accusations, and cause internal turmoil.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the provincial Party agencies and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee shall lead and direct the review, revision, supplementation or propose to competent authorities to revise, supplement and promulgate legal documents related to the protection of people fighting against corruption, waste and negativity to ensure consistency and consistency with Regulation No. 231.
