Press conference on the 22nd Session (special session) of the 13th Provincial People's Council

(BD) - On the morning of March 19, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Huynh Thuy Van chaired a press conference on the 22nd Session (special session) of the 13th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.

According to information at the press conference, the 22nd session of the 13th Provincial People's Council will take place on March 21 at the Provincial Convention Center (Quy Nhon City) and will be broadcast live on Binh Dinh Radio and Television Station.

At this session, the Provincial People's Council will consider and approve 9 submissions, 1 report and 9 draft resolutions related to important issues such as: Adjusting and supplementing the medium-term public investment plan for the period 2021 - 2025; adjusting and supplementing the public investment plan for 2025; adjusting the state budget estimate for 2025; extending the time for capital allocation for project implementation for projects using provincial budget capital; supplementing the list of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the province; amending and supplementing a number of articles of Resolution No. 47/2019/NQ-HDND dated December 13, 2019 of the Provincial People's Council on promulgating the 5-year periodic price list of land types (2020 - 2024) in the province; List of works and projects for which the State will reclaim land to implement socio-economic development projects for national and public interests; list of works and projects for converting the purpose of using rice-growing land, protective forest land, special-use forest land, and production forest land in 2025 (supplemented) in the province; policy on converting forest use to other purposes; Amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Regulation on principles, criteria, budget allocation norms and local counterpart capital ratios to implement the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development of Ethnic Minority and Mountainous Areas of the Province for the period 2021 - 2030, Phase I: From 2021 to 2025, issued together with Resolution No. 14/2022/NQ-HDND dated July 20, 2022, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 29/2023/NQ-HDND dated September 21, 2023 of the People's Council of Binh Dinh Province.

Speaking at the press conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Huynh Thuy Van requested press agencies to strengthen coordination, closely follow the programs, contents and resolutions of the session to propagate fully, accurately and promptly, helping voters and people in the province to follow, grasp and create the overall success of the session.
