The inspection activities are carried out according to Plan No. 1839 dated March 15, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on inspection of administrative reform, digital transformation and public service in 2024.
According to the report of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, in 2024, the department carried out 18 tasks on administrative reform, and has completed 10 tasks so far. In the first 6 months of the year, the rate of online records of the department reached 99.3% (2,979/3,000 records); the remaining 21 records were directly received and resolved at the district level (Forest Ranger Department).
The rate of online applications with fees and charges paid online reached 69.3%. In 2023 and the first 6 months of the year, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development had no late applications for administrative procedures.
Regarding digital transformation work, the digital transformation level ranking of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has improved and increased gradually over the years. In 2022, the Digital Transformation Index (DTI) of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development reached 93.2%, ranking 11th among the provincial departments, branches and sectors in digital transformation; in 2023, the DTI index reached 95.26%, ranking No. 1.
At the meeting, the inspection team members assessed the results of administrative reform and digital transformation of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development; and guided the Department to continue implementing a number of necessary tasks to help administrative reform and digital transformation become more effective and practical in the coming time.
