More than 500 youth union members study Resolution 57 of the Politburo

At the conference, union members and young people were exposed to contents related to the spirit of Resolution 57 of the Politburo on "Breakthrough in science, technology, innovation and national digital transformation development by 2030, with a vision to 2045".

Also at the conference, Lao Cai Provincial Youth Union launched the “Digital Literacy for the People” movement - a breakthrough initiative. Through this, union members and young people will be trained in essential digital skills, skills to ensure safety, information security, avoid digital fraud; identify and prevent bad and toxic information in the digital space; clearly understand the viewpoints, guidelines and policies of the Party and State on digital transformation, science and technology development, and innovation.

The conference also announced the decision to establish and launch the "Digital Popular Education" team consisting of 14 members .
