In particular, with their experience and vision, speakers Philip Hallinger and Nguyen Thi My Loc bring rich perspectives and extremely valuable practical lessons on school leadership and educational innovation in the context of the current 4.0 industrial revolution.
According to these speakers, school management leaders must create motivation for staff and teachers to be passionate about research and creative teaching. Education in the era of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution must reform education to meet the development of the 4.0 Industrial Revolution and 4.0 society. Simply put, education must innovate production, learning must integrate science and technology into practice.
From there, a series of old concepts and ideas about education must change to meet the development of the economy and human civilization, produce knowledge and lead humanity.
To fundamentally and comprehensively innovate education and training in the spirit of Resolution 29 of the Party Central Committee, education must return to the roots of the teacher, look back at the history of school development, from personalized teaching at the elementary level to education to develop human resources for the majority, then return to personalizing learning to serve the 4.0 Industrial Revolution. Education must develop human potential properly, personalize people, and have different and comprehensive impacts to reveal human potential...
The challenge for teachers and school administrators is to innovate and expand educational leadership thinking to permeate every teacher, not just the administrators.
This workshop is a valuable opportunity to discuss, share experiences and collaborate to promote stronger improvements in the field of school management and teaching innovation today.
