Thereby, it continues to encourage musicians, artists, critical theorists, and music teachers to continue to create and contribute to the country's music in particular and the country's literature and arts in general.
Through the music awards of the Vietnam Musicians Association, the creative artistic achievements of each musician and artist are also accumulated, serving as a basis for advancing to higher awards of the Party and State in the field of literature and art.
In addition, he also assessed that in general, the instrumental and vocal music genres have a large number of songs, showing very active professional activities, and works on many different topics. However, the field of children's songs does not have many works. In 2023, the number of works, theoretical and critical works participating is less than the previous year, but the quality of the works and works participating in the competition ensures the ranking criteria. Many books on in-depth research, music criticism, introduction of traditional musical heritage, portraits of authors, works, etc.
