(Dan Tri) - Regarding the match between Ho Chi Minh City Club and Thanh Hoa Club in round 13 of V-League, VFF said they have not seen any negative signs from the referee team as Thanh Hoa Club accused.
This match took place on the evening of February 14, at Thong Nhat Stadium (HCMC) in round 13 of V-League. The result of this match was 2-2.
After the match, Thanh Hoa Football Club issued a document pointing out a series of situations in which they believed the referee team, including main referee Le Vu Linh, had unfairly treated them. In addition, Thanh Hoa Club also sent this document to the Criminal Police Department (Ministry of Public Security), asking for a review of the referee's honesty.

The Criminal Police Department then sent an official dispatch to the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) for VFF to review and handle the issue in accordance with regulations, as well as in accordance with the coordination regulations between the Criminal Police Department and VFF on preventing and combating crimes and violations of the law in football.
This afternoon (March 10), VFF informed Dan Tri reporter that up to this point, there have been no negative signs from the referees on duty at the match between Ho Chi Minh City Club and Thanh Hoa Football Club on February 14.
Regarding the referee's professional skills, if any referee or assistant referee makes a mistake in the above match, that referee or assistant referee will be suspended from duty for a period of time, depending on the level of the mistake.
In addition to the main referee Le Vu Linh, the assistant referees on duty in the match on February 14 at Thong Nhat Stadium include Mr. Le Xuan Hung, Mr. Le Tran Nghia, and Mr. Nguyen Van Phuc. The VAR referee is Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Chau, and the VAR assistant referee is Mr. Tran Ngoc Nho.
The match between Ho Chi Minh City FC and Thanh Hoa FC in round 13 of the V-League was the match where Thanh Hoa FC received two red cards, one for the coach of the Thanh team at that time, Mr. Velizar Popov (Bulgarian). The other red card belonged to technical analyst Hoang Thanh Tung. Both red cards were due to a reaction error.
