The 7th Executive Committee Conference of the Provincial Business Association

On the morning of February 19, the Provincial Business Association held the 7th Executive Committee meeting, term 2022-2027, to deploy tasks for 2025.

In 2025, the Provincial Business Association will continue to effectively use activities to support the promotion of production and business activities of member enterprises and the Association; develop new members; ensure the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises. The Association will continue to coordinate with relevant units to review the settlement of business recommendations; at the same time, promptly grasp difficulties, problems, inadequacies in mechanisms, policies, inappropriate regulations (if any) to report and recommend to authorities at all levels, competent state agencies to pay attention, consider and resolve.

Business representatives proposed some ideas.

The Association will continue to improve the quality of working sessions with the Provincial People's Committee and departments, branches, and localities; establish working groups to work directly with local business associations and member enterprises to advise, support, and review legal documents on investment, construction planning, land, minerals, environmental management, etc.; strengthen the dissemination and propaganda of laws; implement the PCI and DDCI survey in 2024; carry out tasks to support businesses in digital transformation, etc.

At the conference, member businesses proposed and recommended solutions to remove some obstacles to promote production and business, overcome difficulties, and promote the province's economic growth such as: Accelerating construction progress, digital transformation, organizing national events, fulfilling financial obligations on taxes, mineral exploitation, etc.

On this occasion, the Provincial Business Association awarded certificates to 19 new members.
