
In particular, for Party committees and organizations, focus on implementing a number of contents such as promoting the effective implementation of advocacy and propaganda work on the role, position as well as requirements and tasks of building and developing Party organizations and socio-political organizations in non-state enterprises; doing a good job of developing Party members who are good managers and workers with prestige in enterprises.
The Standing Committee of the Hoi An City Party Committee requested the City Labor Federation to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies to monitor the implementation of the Labor Code and the Trade Union Law; step up guidance, propaganda, and mobilization of workers to comply with the provisions of the law, internal rules and regulations of enterprises; launch a movement to compete in production labor and improve professional skills.
At the same time, do a good job of developing union members and establishing grassroots unions in non-state enterprises according to the provisions of law and the Charter of Vietnam Trade Union; strive for 100% of enterprises with 25 or more employees to have a trade union.
The plan also sets the target that on average, each grassroots union will annually introduce at least one outstanding union member who is a manager, a skilled worker, or a prestigious employee in the enterprise for the Party organization to consider, train, and admit into the Party.
