A 4th grade student found a gold bar and brought it to the police to return.

On March 20, Chairman of Hai Khe Commune People's Committee Tran Kim Cuong confirmed that two 4th grade students in this locality found a gold bar and handed it over to the authorities to return it to the owner.

Previously, at 11:30 a.m. on March 17, Hai Khe Commune Police received information from Mr. Le Hong Hanh (born in 1989, residing in Trung An village, Hai Khe commune, Hai Lang district, Quang Tri province) about his son, Le Thanh Tinh and Tran Thi Linh Dan (a classmate of Tinh), students of class 4B, Hai Khe Primary and Secondary School, picked up 2 two round gold bars, weighing 10 chi (1 tael of gold).

Two fourth grade students, Le Thanh Tinh and Tran Thi Linh Dan, picked up a gold bar and handed it over to the police to return it to the person who lost it.

Immediately after receiving the incident and receiving the above mentioned 1 gold bar from Mr. Le Hong Hanh and 2 students Le Thanh Tinh, Tran Thi Linh Dan, Hai Khe Commune Police verified and extracted security camera data in the area and related locations.

Through the process of verifying and collecting information, it was determined that the above 1 tael of gold belonged to Mr. Truong Van Sung (born in 1991, in Tham Khe village, Hai Khe commune, Hai Lang district, Quang Tri province), who dropped it on the morning of March 16 at the boat racing camp of Hai Khe commune on the shore of Khe Che lake, in Dien Sanh town, Hai Lang district. He and his wife borrowed this amount of gold, intending to sell it to get capital to invest in business, but unfortunately it was dropped.
