After the second day of competition (March 20), Lexus Challenge 2025 recorded attractive and dramatic competitions at The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram. According to the tournament rules, only the 50 athletes with the best results and equal rankings passing the cut will continue to have the opportunity to "breakthrough" to the final round.

With the cut determined at (+6), the tournament saw 4 Vietnamese representatives advance to the final round, including: Nguyen Nhat Long, Tran Le Duy Nhat, Nguyen Tuan Kiet and Nguyen Quang Za Vinh.

Nguyen Nhat Long is the Vietnamese athlete with the best result through the cut with a total score after 2 rounds of even par. Starting from hole 10, Nguyen Nhat Long made a bogey at hole 2 and made up for it with a birdie at hole 8, while maintaining stability with consecutive par scores. The athlete born in 2003 ended the round with even par and is currently in 17th place.

Returning to compete as an ADT player, Tran Le Duy Nhat is the next Vietnamese athlete to pass the cut with a total score after 2 rounds of (+3). If on the first day of competition, the athlete born in 1989 finished the round with (+4), then on the second day of competition, he made an effort to break away when he won (-1) after 18 holes to enter the list of players who passed the cut.

With a breakthrough performance in round 2, Nguyen Quang Za Vinh is the only young amateur face to pass the cut at Lexus Challenge 2025. The athlete born in 2010 finished 2 days of competition with a total score of (+6). In addition, Nguyen Tuan Kiet is the last face to join the Vietnamese team to compete in the final round.

Sharing the top spot with (-7) points after 2 rounds is Sam Broadhurst. Having only 1 bogey and 6 birdies helped the British golfer achieve a score of (-5) on the penultimate day of competition.

Leading on the first day, Shotaro Ban dropped to third place with a total of (-5) strokes over two days of competition. Meanwhile, Aidric Chan “broke through” and entered the top 4 in the rankings with a score of (-4) after two rounds.

Today, Lexus Challenge 2025 will continue to enter the final round. The score gap between the top 10 athletes is not too far, creating a dramatic and attractive competition for the championship.
