According to the assessment of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party committees at all levels have made many innovations in organizing the study, dissemination and propaganda of the 2023 theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on promoting cultural values and the strength of the Vietnamese people in the cause of national construction and defense"; the 2024 theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style on practicing democracy and strengthening the rule of law, ensuring social discipline". In addition, Party committees at all levels have also identified breakthrough tasks, building typical models close to the practical situation, in all areas of social life, creating clear and substantial changes. Typically, Bac Binh district has promptly discovered and propagated new models, typical examples in studying and following Uncle Ho such as: The model of "Sharing salaries, regular help" of the Party cell of Phan Ri Thanh 3 Primary School; Hai Ninh Commune Youth Union with the model "Giving knowledge, sending love" mobilizes funds to support disadvantaged students. In Ham Thuan Bac district, communes and towns have deployed and expanded the models: "Security cameras", "Self-management and self-defense groups to ensure security and order". In Phu Quy district, the District Farmers' Association has built the models "Farmers protecting the environment", "Self-defense and self-management of security and order", "Seafood catching professional association"...
At the same time, district, town, city Party Committees and affiliated Party Committees have strengthened the inspection and supervision of the implementation of Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo in conjunction with the implementation of Resolution No. 4 of the Central Committee (term XI, XII) on Party building and rectification, ensuring that the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle are carried out seriously, in a truly systematic and effective manner. Up to now, 70 inspections and supervisions have been conducted on the implementation of Conclusion No. 01 of the Politburo with 240 Party organizations, cadres and Party members; 7 cadres and Party members have been found to have violated through inspection and supervision in the whole province.
