The time for businesses and units to prepare goods and organize the sale of essential goods to stabilize the market and prices in the province for the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin is 3 months, starting from November 29, 2023 to February 28, 2024; focusing on 8 groups of essential goods including: Rice, sticky rice; livestock meat (pork, beef); poultry meat (chicken, duck); poultry eggs; processed foods; cooking oil; sugar and fresh vegetables, tubers and fruits.

The Provincial People's Committee requires that goods participating in the price stabilization program are Vietnamese goods, ensuring quality, origin, food safety and hygiene, with labels and stable prices; stable supply, ensuring balance between supply and demand and meeting people's needs even in the event of market fluctuations. Enterprises participating in the program must ensure adequate and regular quantities of essential goods, meeting people's consumption needs, preventing shortages of goods in the market; widely distributing and retailing essential goods throughout the province. All levels, sectors and localities need to closely coordinate; clearly assign responsibilities to relevant units in the process of implementing market stabilization work in the province.
