The MoMo Heo Dat charity platform has been honored in the Promising Project category of the Human Act Prize 2023, thanks to its digital innovation that brings positive contributions to society.
Surpassing 129 participating projects, “Piggy Bank MoMo” was honored in the “Promising Project” category for its initiative that dared to take its first steps many years ago and after more than 4 years has created outstanding impacts and continuous innovation.
Launched in 2019, MoMo Piggy Bank is an initiative of a digital platform that bridges the gap between philanthropists and charitable organizations, connecting individuals, organizations, and businesses with common interests, towards the goal of charitable activities. MoMo's charitable platform has solved the obstacles of spontaneous charitable activities of individuals or traditional methods of organizations by taking advantage of the strengths of digital media to support all interactions to take place quickly and conveniently.
After nearly 4 years (from September 2019 to present), MoMo Piggy Bank has had more than 10 million users/donors and more than 70 partners (including NGOs, NPOs, famous businesses and brands) creating real values with about 250 billion VND donated from individuals and businesses, more than 1,000 successful donation projects on the Humanity Wallet. The "MoMo Piggy Bank" community has also helped more than 325 thousand children, the elderly, women, and people in difficult circumstances, planting trees to cover vacant land, protecting the environment, and protecting wildlife across Vietnam.
