According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, before 5:00 p.m. today (August 27), all candidates admitted to the university must complete the first round of online admission confirmation on the system of the Ministry of Education and Training. After this time, if candidates have not confirmed on the system, it means they have refused the opportunity to enter the school they have been admitted to.

Details of admission steps, candidates note:

Step 1: Login

- Visit website http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn

- Enter the information ID Number, Login Code, Confirmation Code and click the Login button.

Step 2: Go to Look up admission results from the display screen menu.

Step 3: View the admission results. Note that each school that the candidate registers for admission has only one result: pass or fail. If the screen displays the result "fail", it means that the candidate failed all the wishes registered for the school.

Step 4: Confirm admission.

Step 5: Click Agree to complete the admission confirmation.

Step 6: Check the status of Enrolled.

If you do not complete these 6 steps, you will be considered to have declined the opportunity to be admitted to university. The status "Admitted" shows that the candidate has successfully confirmed his/her admission.

The Ministry of Education and Training requires training institutions to require all candidates to confirm their admission online on the system before enrolling at the training institution. Schools update the list of successful candidates, admissions, admission methods, and training forms according to the correct data structure, regulations in the admission categories (general schools, disadvantaged communes, especially disadvantaged communes, etc.) and within the prescribed time.

From August 28 to December, candidates who need to apply for additional admission rounds of the training institution must follow the admission plan posted on the training institution's admission information page.

Note, candidates who have passed the entrance exam and confirmed their enrollment are not allowed to participate in the second round of additional admission, except in cases where the training institution's leadership allows them not to enroll.

What documents do new students need to submit?

In the admission notice sent to candidates, universities will have detailed notices about the documents that new students need to prepare. Normally, the necessary admission documents include:

- Certificate of admission

- Student resume

- High school transcript

- Certificate of high school graduation exam results

- Birth certificate

- Citizen identification

- 3x4 or 4x6 photo

- Health certificate, policy identification certificate (if any)

- Union Membership Book

- Party activity transfer paper (for new students who have joined the Party)

- Military service transfer recommendation letter (for male students)
