US police announced that last night US time (early this morning Vietnam time), a shooting occurred in the Southeast area of Washington, USA, killing at least 3 people and injuring 2 others.
Police received reports of a shooting at 8 p.m. on August 5 (local time) in the 1600 block of Good Hope Road. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found five victims, two men and one woman dead, while two other male victims were rushed to the nearest hospital for emergency treatment and their current health conditions are unknown.
Police call on people to actively provide information to support authorities in the investigation and search for the perpetrator.
Earlier in the day, two men were also shot dead and another seriously injured in a similar shooting in the northwest area of Washington.
The gun violence occurred in the 2500 block of Ontario Street at around 1 a.m. on August 5 (local time).
