In addition, there will be traceability of food products in primary school canteens in districts; monitoring and inspecting the progress of maintaining the model of improving capacity for self-management of food safety in school canteens in districts.
The Hanoi Department of Health will develop a plan and organize the implementation of the model "Assessing the current status of food safety and traceability for collective kitchens in industrial parks, industrial clusters, and export processing zones in 2023"; develop a plan and organize sample testing to assess the risk of food contamination, and warn the community. At the same time, organize training courses and provide guidance on food safety knowledge on the following topics: school meals, crowded parties, skills in supervising and consulting food service establishments, skills in investigating food poisoning, etc.
