Before being discovered, these 17 malicious applications had been downloaded more than 12 million times from the Google Play store. The largest number of users came from countries such as Indonesia, India, Thailand, Mexico... and especially Vietnam.
As of now, Google has removed these malicious apps from the Google Play store. However, if you have installed any of the malicious apps listed below, you should remove them immediately:
