Aware of its responsibility and role, implementing Uncle Ho's sacred testament of "both red and professional", the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union unites and develops friendly relations and cooperation with Chinese youth organizations, striving for peace, national independence, democracy and social progress in each country, constantly cultivating the healthy and stable development of Vietnam - China friendship.
