According to information from HoSE, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Tam, mother of Mr. Ho Hung Anh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank - HoSE: TCB) has just registered to sell all 174.13 million shares she owns, equivalent to 4.95% of capital due to personal needs.
The transaction is expected to be carried out by order matching on the floor and negotiation, from November 28 to December 21, 2023.
On the other hand, on the same day Ms. Tam wanted to sell TCB shares, Mr. Ho Hung Anh's three children registered to buy a total of more than 174 million shares.
Specifically, Ms. Ho Minh Anh, daughter of Mr. Hung Anh, registered to buy nearly 72.1 million shares, equivalent to 2.0488% of capital at Techcombank. Before the transaction, Ms. Minh Anh did not hold any TCB shares.
Mr. Ho Anh Minh, son of Mr. Hung Anh, has registered to buy 34.4 million shares, equivalent to 4.9% of Techcombank's capital. Before the transaction, Mr. Minh was holding 137.9 million TCB shares, equivalent to 3.9223% ownership.

Ms. Ho Thuy Anh, daughter of Mr. Hung Anh, has registered to buy 67.7 million shares. Before the transaction, Ms. Thuy Anh held 104.7 million shares, equivalent to 2.9756% of capital at Techcombank. After the transaction, Ms. Thuy Anh is expected to own 172.3 million shares, equivalent to 4.9% of capital at the bank.
All three transactions were made for personal needs and are expected to take place between November 28 and December 21, through order matching on the floor and negotiated transactions.
Thus, after the above transactions, Mr. Ho Hung Anh's three children are expected to hold a total of 416.8 million TCB shares, corresponding to an ownership ratio of 11.849% of capital at Techcombank.
Provisionally calculated at the price at the time of stock transaction on November 22 with VND 30,950/share, the value of buying and selling shares of Techcombank Chairman's family is estimated at nearly VND 5,400 billion.
