According to the report at the Conference, in the period of 2022-2024, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Dinh province and socio-political organizations in the province have implemented many creative methods, creating consensus and strong response from the majority of people in the province. The results have been to propagate and mobilize, support funding of more than 400 billion VND to organize social security programs, support and help poor and near-poor households.

Typical examples include: Livelihood support, capital, seeds, plants, and animals to develop production and business; technical support, knowledge of livestock and production; interest-free loans; support for working days, job creation; support for money, books, clothes, medical examination and treatment; support for new construction and house repair, etc.
Up to now, the whole province has had more than 28,000 poor and near-poor households receiving support and assistance from the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations at all levels in the province; more than 18,000 poor and near-poor households have risen out of poverty; supported the construction and repair of 1,485 Great Solidarity houses, with a total amount of more than 59.1 billion VND; supported thousands of poor households in terms of livelihoods and production development; supported people's livelihood programs, worth hundreds of billions of VND.
Also through the "Connecting Love" Program launched by the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Dinh province, associations, unions, armed forces, organizations, units, and enterprises have sponsored and supported 127 children and students orphaned by COVID-19 in difficult circumstances in the province with a total amount of more than 3.5 billion VND...
In the period of 2024-2029, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations in the province strive to basically eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses by 2025 and reduce the province's poverty rate to lower than the national average.
In addition, every year we strive to receive support and help for about 1,000-1,200 poor households without production capital; without public services or means of production; without production knowledge; without production skills to escape poverty sustainably...
At the same time, build new or repair 300-500 Great Solidarity houses for poor and near-poor households with difficult housing conditions. Each locality and unit coordinates to mobilize the construction of 1-2 civil works; build 2-3 new models and replicate effective models to support and help poor households escape poverty...
