The festival is jointly organized by the Center for Business Cooperation, Alumni Association, Entrepreneurship Club and Faculties/Institutes of the school.

With a large scale in both organization and number of participating businesses, the fair brought nearly 7,000 recruitment positions in various fields. At the event, students preparing to graduate from more than 60 training majors at the school participated in applying and interviewing directly at business booths in various positions such as Production Technician, Store Manager, Consultant, Customer Relations Specialist, Architect, Construction Engineer, etc.

Wishing to apply for a recruitment position at Eurowindow Joint Stock Company, Tran Duc Anh, a 4th year student majoring in Business Administration, said: "I am really impressed with this festival because it brings together many businesses with alumni of the school. This creates an opportunity for me to connect and learn useful experiences from seniors."

Not only applying and interviewing directly at the booth, students also have the opportunity to interact with alumni representing businesses and listen to their experiences, skills, and specific requirements of each job position, etc. Thereby, students have a comprehensive view of the profession, completing their career preparation to enter the future labor market.

“I see that students today are very dynamic and much better than our generation. They have broader knowledge, access to technology, and access to the innovations of the times. In recent years, HUTECH has trained generations of multi-disciplinary and multi-professional students in all fields. I hope that students will continue to progress to build a developed country,” said Mr. Nguyen Huu Duy - Former student of the 2007 Interior Design class, Director of Zen-D Construction Interior Company Limited, who gave many compliments to the school’s students.

Not only a place to connect recruitment, the festival is also an opportunity to connect alumni businesses with each other and with the school, creating a strong connection towards the goal of training quality human resources for society. At the event, HUTECH signed a cooperation agreement with 6 businesses including: FPT Digital Retail Joint Stock Company, MISA Joint Stock Company, KLC Group Investment Joint Stock Company, 24h Jobs Joint Stock Company, Vui Phone Repair Service Company Limited, Vietguys Joint Stock Company, continuing to expand internship and job opportunities for students according to the training strategy closely linked to practice that the school has pioneered and actively promoted in recent times.

Dr. Vu Van Hoang - Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Dai Viet Construction Investment, Supervision and Design Consulting Joint Stock Company, Chairman of HUTECH Entrepreneurs Club shared: “The festival has a special highlight in that after graduating, alumni who grasp job positions at enterprises return to school to support the younger generation. This not only demonstrates the success of generations of students in the labor market but also affirms the strong connection between alumni and the school, contributing to joining hands with the “house” HUTECH in the career of cultivating people”.
