Nearly 1,500 athletes have registered to participate in the first Binh Phuoc Marathon

At the meeting, the representative of the Organizing Committee informed about the progress of the stages of the tournament. The members of the Organizing Committee also raised many issues related to each sub-item, content, and coordination work. Issues of ensuring the best infrastructure, including logistics, accommodation facilities, tourist attractions, restaurants, food and beverage establishments, etc., were of particular concern to the members of the Organizing Committee.

The members of the Organizing Committee raised questions, made recommendations, shared and suggested ways to organize the tournament in order to build and create the best impression and image of Binh Phuoc for athletes and guests attending the tournament.

The first Binh Phuoc Marathon - Truong Tuoi Group in 2023 is expected to be a healthy sports playground, promoting the sports training movement in the province; helping to find and develop talented athletes; at the same time contributing to introducing tourism potential, promoting the image of Binh Phuoc to friends inside and outside the province.

According to the professional subcommittee, to date, the Organizing Committee has recorded nearly 1,500 people registering to participate in the tournament, including more than 30 professional athletes and amateur athletes, and nearly 60% of the registered athletes are from Binh Phuoc. The tournament is receiving great interaction on BPTV's digital infrastructure. The tournament brings together professional, semi-professional, and amateur athletes nationwide, as well as foreign athletes living and working in Vietnam.

Mr. Phan Van Thao, Deputy Director - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of BPTV, Deputy Organizing Committee of the award spoke at the meeting.

Acknowledging the active participation of the members of the Organizing Committee, Deputy Director - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of BPTV Phan Van Thao said: This is the first time that BPTV and departments, branches, sectors and localities have organized the tournament. Along with promoting communication about the tournament, the arrangement of contents related to the organization will need to continue to be resolved in order to build and create the best impression and image of Binh Phuoc for athletes and guests attending the tournament.

Binh Phuoc Marathon - Truong Tuoi Group 1st time, 2023 will open at 7pm on 25-11-2023, the races will be held starting from 4am on 26-11-2023.

The first Binh Phuoc Marathon - Truong Tuoi Group 2023 is hosted by BPTV, in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Binh Phuoc province, the People's Committee of Phuoc Long town, and the Binh Phuoc Provincial Youth Union, organized on November 25 and 26 in Phuoc Long town. The main sponsor of the Tournament is Truong Tuoi Group Joint Stock Company.
The tournament brings together Vietnam's top marathon and half marathon athletes and leading champions of the Vietnamese running movement. "Marathon King" Hoang Nguyen Thanh, along with athlete Hoang Thi Ngoc Hoa and Miss Grand Vietnam 2022 Doan Thien An, were chosen as ambassadors of the tournament.
The tournament includes the following distances: 5km, 10km, 25km and 42.195km. The prize structure is attractive, divided into 2 groups: Professional and amateur for the distances of 25km and 42km.
