Gender equality in all fields has achieved positive results, especially in the political field, the proportion of women participating in leadership and management positions is increasing. Propaganda work on gender equality has been carried out in a variety of forms, especially communication on electronic networks and various types of press; men's awareness and actions on gender equality have changed a lot, contributing to promoting gender equality in family, political and social life.

In Binh Phuoc, the proportion of women participating in the Provincial Party Executive Committee is currently 28.57%, the Provincial Party Standing Committee at the beginning of the term was 40%, now it is 33.33%, the Provincial Party Standing Committee is currently 100% female.
