FPT Software (a member company of FPT Corporation) has just signed a cooperation agreement, taking charge of all software development for many types of equipment of Nippon Seiki - the largest speed measuring equipment manufacturing corporation in Japan with a history of 70 years of operation.

According to the agreement, FPT Software is responsible for full life-cycle software development while Nippon Seiki focuses its resources on developing hardware for global supply. FPT Software will start by building the platform and developing applications for meter cluster products, applying the most modern technologies such as CGI (a tool to create user interfaces on car screens) or MBD/Matlab simulation.
At the signing ceremony, FPT Software Chairwoman Chu Thi Thanh Ha shared: “Becoming a partner with Nippon Seiki, we are committed to doing our best to bring the best results for both sides. On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the diplomatic relationship between Vietnam and Japan, and the 35th anniversary of the establishment of FPT Corporation, the cooperation between FPT Software and Nippon Seiki hopes to open a new chapter, contributing to promoting the business and technology development of both countries.”
Mr. Nagano Keiichi, CEO and Head of Automotive System Design Department of Nippon Seiki said: “Joining forces with FPT Software, we expect to achieve rapid technological advances and important changes to serve the interests of customers globally.”
Nippon Seiki is the world's leading company in meter clusters and head-up displays (HUDs) for automobiles and motorcycles. The company currently partners with many original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) worldwide, most of which are Fortune Global 500 companies in the Automotive sector.
