Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang expressed his joy when the office complex at FPT Complex Da Nang was completed, completing the working ecosystem for 10,000 people and together with FPT City Urban Area, becoming a place worth working, worth living, worth visiting.
This is also considered a symbol of the development of FPT Corporation and the close relationship and coordination between the corporation and the city.
The Secretary of the City Party Committee congratulated the group's achievements in 2024, especially its remarkable growth, including the worthy contribution of FPT Da Nang; at the same time, he expressed that with the great determination of the group, the efforts of all officers and employees, along with the coordination and support of the city, the group will continue its strong development momentum in 2025.

The Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee also supported the group's orientations in 2025 and suggested that FPT Group test or let businesses use the infrastructure and space of this area to test automation technologies such as self-driving cars, automatic delivery robots, etc.
Along with that, it is recommended that FPT Group continue to coordinate, accompany, and support the city in developing digital infrastructure and implementing digital transformation projects, developing the fields of semiconductor microchips, artificial intelligence, etc.
In addition, it is necessary to accelerate the construction of data centers; take advantage of new incentive mechanisms for digital technology industrial parks as well as specific mechanisms and policies of Da Nang city...

Regarding the recommendations of FPT Corporation, especially the implementation of 5 projects in 2025 (including: office building No. 2 in FPT Concentrated Information Technology Park; FPT School No. 2; FPT Polytechnic Vocational Training Center; FPT Plaza 4 apartment building; FPT Plaza 5 apartment building with a total investment of VND 5,050 billion), Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Van Quang assigned the Department of Construction to speed up the progress of granting construction permits after receiving complete documents; Ngu Hanh Son district to focus on completing site clearance early; Department of Natural Resources and Environment to soon complete procedures on land prices...

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Le Quang Nam suggested that FPT Group continue to support the city in implementing the Smart City project, support in cleaning land data, building data on construction, traffic... as well as giving specific opinions on planning underground traffic routes to this urban area more appropriately.
At the same time, the Department of Construction is required to further speed up the progress of granting construction permits, especially for projects that FPT Group has planned to start construction in 2025. The Department of Transport is studying and implementing a number of bus routes to ensure external traffic to FPT City Urban Area.
Mr. Pham Minh Tuan, Deputy General Director of FPT Corporation and General Director of FPT Software Company Limited, shared that 2025 marks the 20th anniversary of FPT's presence in Da Nang and is also the year that FPT and many international customers will participate in the "circle" closing event for the FPT Complex building, of which up to 80% of customers are large corporations from Korea and Japan.
FPT Corporation hopes that the city will continue to support FPT to expand this concentrated information technology park, continue to invest more, and contribute to the digital economic development of Da Nang.

FPT Complex is one of three IT parks in Da Nang recognized by the Government and is one of the office complexes (campuses) that gathers the largest number of high-quality IT engineers of FPT Corporation.
FPT Complex currently has 8,000 IT employees, contributing 69% of Da Nang's total software export turnover. In 2024, FPT Corporation will pay the city budget 326.6 billion VND, including personal income tax.

In addition to the IT services for foreign markets, FPT has also made many positive contributions to the city's development in many other areas. In the education sector, FPT has trained nearly 18,000 students for Da Nang city.
In the healthcare sector, FPT has participated in modernizing management and improving the quality of medical examination and treatment at Da Nang Oncology Hospital, Da Nang Maternity and Pediatrics Hospital and district-level medical centers...
In the coming time, FPT Group will continue to accompany Da Nang city in training high-quality human resources for the semiconductor industry. It has currently recruited 1,500 students to study semiconductors at university, college, and international certificate levels, creating an important human resource foundation for the future.
